As part of the 2025 Nigeria Catholic Communications Week (25 May to 1 June), the National Directorate of Social Communications held a public lecture at the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria, Abuja, on Wednesday 28 May 2025 at 10am.
The theme was “Media with Gentleness: A Path to Being Narrators of Hope in a Distressed Nation”. The event included a posthumous award for the late High Chief Raymond Anthony Aleogho Dokpesi, with Dr. Henry Nzekwu as special guest of honour. Padre Mike, as National Director of Social Communications, was the convener.
